We are currently looking for a

Business Development Manager

Main tasks:

  • Pre-sale support to account managers in the field of Mobotix products and related video management systems including the required IT infrastructure – (identifying customer´s needs, solutions presentations during the client meetings);
  • Introduction to sales local / NOC solutions portfolio in coordination with CEE BDM
  • Conceptual approach to searching of the new opportunities for applications on MX platform;
  • Achievement of an annual sales target;
  • Data for proposals and design of technical solutions for concrete customers based on the requirements;
  • Communication and coordination with MX partners as subcontractors to local company solution delivery;
  • Documenting the proposed solution based on customer requirements, that is understandable for both client and the technical team;
  • Cooperate with local company organization in creation of business cases and business plans, incl. recruitment
  • Communication in CEE MX team and sharing experience from business cases.

  • University degree technical (IT direction preferred) or business direction; fluent in English communication, German is advantage
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in the field of video surveillance business (pre-sales consultancy, sales, project management);
  • Excellent knowledge of IP Networks, infrastructure and related hardware;
  • Knowledge of video surveillance solutions and video management systems elements is advantage
  • Basic knowledge of analyzing, converting, post processing or storing of MxPEG video/audio streams is advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Independent problem solving and entrepreneur business thinking
  • Computer skills (Ms Office)
  • Willingness to business trips; driving licence B
